Cumberland Pie – Minced beef cooked in gravy, topped with cheese crumb and mashed potato.

Sweet & Sour Chicken – Chicken pieces in sweet & sour sauce made with pineapple & peppers. Served with rice & vegetables

Lamb and squash biryani with cucumber raita

Chicken and Pea Risotto – Risotto rice with succulent pieces of chicken and peas. Cooked in white sauce with cheese and thyme

Pudding

Sticky toffee pudding with dates and sweet toffee sauce

Pancakes topped with orange and maple syrup or jam

Lychees

Creamed rice pudding with nutmeg

Lemon sponge bars

Afternoon Tea

Sweet pepper and tomato soup with ciabatta croutons and basil oil
