Whole wheat cereal biscuits, shredded wheat wholegrain pillow or porridge oats served with milk or yoghurt with raisins, dried apricots, bananas and strawberries

Chicken Tikka Masala – Marinated Chicken in a Lightly Spiced Yoghurt Sauce

Served with a vegetable rice – a mixture of carrots, peas, spring onions & peppers

Lentil Bolognaise with Mixed Vegetables in a Tomato Sauce.

Served with Penne Pasta & Sweetcorn

Roast Beef in Gravy

Served with roast Potatoes, Carrots & Green Beans

Vegetarian Cottage Pie served with Mixed Vegetables topped with Mashed Potato & Cheese

Served with  Cauliflower & Brocoli

Pork Meatballs in a Herby Tomato Sauce

Served with Penne Pasta & Vegetable Medley

Selection of filled rolls, served with vegetable sticks
