Pork ragu (or soya and apple ragu) with new potatoes, broad beans and courgettes

Blueberry sponge cake

Rhubarb fool

Seasonal fruit salad

Plain Greek yoghurt with raspberry puree

Pineapple upside down pudding with custard

Afternoon snack

Choice of 2 Fresh Fruits or Vegetable Sticks & Dips

High tea

Tuna fishcakes (or potato & lentil cakes) with tomato relish

Crackers, tzatziki and tomato slices

Mozzarella (sliced or cut into sticks) and tomato salad

Wholemeal English muffin pizza with various toppings

Mashed avocado and pitta bread
